Villa Charme&Design

The Villa Charme is on three leves, there is a private access and the lift to move freely inside the building

On the first floor, there is a living room, the terrace where guest can relax and enjoy the seaview, the kitchen/dining area, where there is a beautiful Tavolara Island’s view and the bathroom.

The living room is adorned with Sardianian tapestries and a sofa, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped and in the dining area there is a spacious table with design chairs.

On the ground there are two double rooms,adorned with handmade beds and emerald and turquoise textiles, that remember the Sardinian’s sea colour.

On the lower ground there is an ensuite room.

The villa can welcome up to 7 people, there are lots of internal and external areas where guests can spend their time in a friendly and at the same time intimate atmosphere.

Villas

Sardegna è is a new and confortable tourist accomodation located near Olbia, only a few steps away from both Pittulongu Beach and Lo Squalo. There are two twin villas, Villa Charme&Design and Villa Relax&Design. Guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday,without having to use the car, thanks to the strategic location near the sea.

Furthermore beaches, public transport, restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, paddle can be reached by foot in few minutes. Pittulongu’s area is famous for the beautiful beaches and for the breathtaking view of the Tavolara Island. Port, Airport and Olbia’s city center can be reached easily, and Sardegna è can also provide an airport shuttle service upon request.

The rooms of the Villas are decorated in unique themes and colours,using different woods for the forniture made especially for each room, according to the scent of the different endemic plants diffused, to give our guest the benefit of the “Aroma Theraphy”, from the same Sardinian plants used by our, now famous worldwide, Sardinian Centenarians.

Villa Charme&Design and its twin, Villa Relax&Design recently realized, are refined in the architectural details, in the spaces and in the furnishings to be simple, austere but at the same time elegant just like the typical buildings of the Gallura region of northern Sardinia. Interior spaces and the gardens of exclusive use for each Villa, with their relaxation corners, are designed to spend a beach holiday in absolute relaxation and peace near the sea.

The garden that surrounds the Villas has a beautiful lawn with some wild Mastic and Olives trees, that make the garden even greener, more relaxing and confortable. A quick set hedge divides the Villa from the rooms for privacy purposes.The garden’s area next to the Villas is spacious, there is a green expanse of grass where guests can sunbathe. Mastics and Olives trees grow up wild, and in their shades, guests can relax on the porch swing and on the rocking chairs.
