Casa Elena

"Casa Elena is spread over two levels with independent external access and an internal connection via a spiral staircase.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a wonderful veranda to relax on, overlooking the beach and the sea, a kitchen-dining area with windows framing the Island of Tavolara and the surrounding sea, a master bedroom also with access to the veranda, and a bathroom.
The living room is elegantly furnished with a sofa, while the kitchen is modern and newly designed with all the appliances to facilitate your stay. The dining area has a large table with comfortable chairs.
On the ground floor, there are two finely furnished double bedrooms with handcrafted beds and Sardinian fabrics in emerald green to recall the colors of the Sardinian sea, and a room with two single beds, also handcrafted. There is a bathroom on this floor.
The house is surrounded by a large garden and a wonderful infinity pool shared with the twin house.

Villas&Houses
Sardegna è is a small and welcoming accommodation located near Olbia, just a few steps from the beaches of Pittulongu and Squalo. It consists of two twin villas, Villa Charme&Design and Villa Relax&Design, and two twin houses, Casa Elena and Casa Laura. The strategic location near the sea allows guests to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation without the need to use a car or other means of transport.
The beach and all services, including buses to the city, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tennis, and paddle courts, are within walking distance. The Pittulongu area, famous for its beaches and unique views of the Island of Tavolara, is close to the Olbia airport and port, which can be reached in just a few minutes, even with a shuttle service available for booking through the property.

The rooms are spacious and made by skilled artisans, featuring colors that recall the sea and the wild nature of Sardinia.
All the outdoor spaces, including the garden and pool, are shared between the houses, but allow guests to reserve portions of privacy and enjoy a vacation in absolute relaxation and peace, near the sea.

The surrounding garden consists of a well-maintained English lawn, with spontaneous mastic and olive shrubs, as well as Mediterranean floral essences that contribute to the character of the greenery, making the outdoor space comfortable and relaxing. A perimeter evergreen hedge ensures privacy and peace inside the garden.

The pool is large, and with its whirlpool and shaded areas, it allows guests to spend relaxing moments with ample individual space available."
