Stazzo di l'incantu

The stazzo is the typical countryside house in Gallura, the area located in the North of Sardinia,a property where there are lands,houses and animals, where the family used to live self-sufficiently exchanging the raw materials that could not be produced indipendently. The Stazzo di l’incantu has the architectural features of an original stazzo with a modern twist.

The building consist of two blocks,the main one has a rectangular shape and it is staggered in three levels, the other block is a small stone house situated on the side, in this way the two blocks creates an inner courtyard where there are the swimming pool and the relaxing area.

The Stazzo di l’incantu is made partially of local stones and yellow granite from San Giacomo, which is finely worked respecting the local traditions.There are a living room, a kitchen area, a spacious bathroom with mini pool, a double room with a walk-in closet,there is a spacious mezzanine connected to the living room,a storage room and a room with a walk-in closet and a bathroom.

The stazzo can welcome up to 7 people and there are lots of internal and external areas where guests can spend their time in a friendly and at the same time intimate atmosphere.

The Swimming pool

The swimming pool has a rectangular shape, and it was built in the inner courtyard created by the two blocks,in this way it is sheltered from the wind, and it has a constant sunlight for few hours.From the swimming pool there is an astonishing sea view.

The swimming pool has an only 20cm deep entrance where guest can lay down to relax, and it is similar to the sea shore-line.

The “Stazzo di l’Incantu” is located in the country side near Aglientu,next to the scenic road that connects Aglientu with Vignola Mare’s beach.

The location is beautiful as from the different rooms and terraces, guests can enjoy the astonishing view of the North Sardinia coastline,from the Asinara Island until Santa Teresa and Capo Testa.It is possible to see Lavezzi and Cavallo, the Corsican islands, and Bonifacio’s limestone cliffs.

The name Stazzo di l’Incantu means,the stazzo of wonders, because of the feelings that people experience while visiting the house and seeing the breathaking view.
